Caitlin Forrest was an All-American collegiate athlete, and couldn't seem to call it quits after college. She has been coaching volleyball for over 10 years in various capacities ranging from club to college, and private lessons to high school. She has an intense passion for young women, and building their confidence and character through competition in athletics. Outside of the gym, Caitlin enjoys hiking, camping, paddle boarding, and being creative.
